Our gallery recently reached 1 million views, and to celebrate I decided to re-launch it with a new look. Thanks to everyone who visits my site and supports Ashanti!
Welcome to Version 4 of AshantiDouglas.us everyone. I have been working really hard on this new layout and setting everything up for the past couple of weeks. I went through about, three different looks before I finally decided on this one. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do! I would like to give a special shout-out to my girl N’talia for bringing my vision to life and to my great friend JullyMac for always helping me out with HTML-related issues since the beginning stages of this website.
Our website turns 1 year old today (August 18th), and to celebrate - we’re launching this new look. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US! This new layout is titled “An Open Book” because well, aside from the fact that the design looks like an opened notebook, I had no other better names to give it. Haha

Hello everyone, so I decided to create a Twitter account strictly for the website - instead of mixing it with my personal account. Make sure you follow it because I’ll be posting whenever I’m in the process of updating the site on there, so you will know when to expect something new on here. I’ll also be updating on small things related to Ashanti that I usually would not post on here. Welcome to Version 3 of AshantiDouglas.us everyone. I’ve worked really hard on this new layout and setting everything up for the past couple of weeks, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do! Now that the forum and main site have a new look, I’ll start working on a new look for the gallery soon. Lots of photos updates are to follow as well. I start school this Tuesday so I won’t have as much free time anymore, but I’ll make sure to work on the site daily either way (but for a shorter amount of time). Also, I’ll finally be working on the sub-pages /ashanti, /fanzone and /internet. I’ll be finishing up the lyrics section soon, and I started collecting fan encounter stories and I’ll also do the celebrity encounter section along with everything else that’s listed in each page. Hello everyone, I just wanted to make a post stating that “I’m still here, and I’m not going nowhere.” (NOTE* Buy The Declaration if you don’t recognize that line, haha). Anyway, after putting up the new layout on the forum, I was inspired to change the layout of the main site as well as the gallery. So since news are slow in Ashanti’s world at the moment, I’ve been working on that- and other things behind the scenes. The new layout for the main site is almost complete, it should be up by no later than Monday. Once the new layout is up, I’ll be updating with LOTS (thousands) of unseen older photos ranging from high quality appearances photos, fan photos, personal photos, behind the scenes photos, out and about photos, radio stops, performances, backstage, soundchecks, rehearsals etc. and many, many more. STAY TUNED!
